FAQ

The Bible is the greatest book ever written, and we strive to bring those stories to life for your child through illustrations, discussions, games, and creative activities. We’re confident that your child will develop a love for God’s Word as they discover it’s application in their life. When you pick them up, they’ll likely share with you how they had a blast and beg you to bring them back the next week.
-
Yes! Because our rooms are geared to age-specific ministry, your child will meet others in the same stage of life they’re in. Every lesson is geared for small group discussion where kids get to engage with others. If your family makes it a practice to attend the same service each week, they’ll likely make friends quicker because they’ll be surrounded by familiar faces.

If you come for the first time, you’ll be greeted by our incredible volunteer team at Kids Checkin where we will make sure to get your family registered. From there, every week you return, you’ll simply use one of our self-service kiosks to check in your child and walk them to their designated classroom where a trained and screened volunteer will greet you both!

• Safety is one of our top priorities. That’s why we have a secure checkin system. After you check your child in, they’ll receive a sticker to wear at all times and you’ll receive a corresponding sticker to keep for pickup. There is a unique number per check-in that’s assigned. Once service concludes or any other time you’d like to pick up your child, you’ll come to the room they’re in, present your tag, and your child will be matched with that tag. This ensures that only you are able to pick up your child.
• Our hallways are monitored by a background-checked and trained security team and every kids’ room has multiple background-checked and trained adults in it.
• In the event we need to contact you during service, your child’s tag number will appear on the screen in the auditorium signaling you that your child needs your assistance.
