Frequently Asked Questions: Highpoint Services

  • Q: What will a service look like at Highpoint?

  • A: Depending on the service you attend, 8 AM will require everyone in attendance to wear a mask unless they are on the stage or in front of a microphone. 9:30 & 11 services are masks recommended for attendees. Social distance seating has been established in our auditorium, families will be seated together but the service structure will be very similar.

  • Q: What is the maximum number of people allowed in a service?

  • A: 175 people can be in the auditorium at one time. This includes all staff, volunteers and attendees.

  • A: At this time the cafe & point area will remain closed. There will be no food or beverages served in the building.

  • Q: What has been done to prepare the building?

  • A: We have hired a professional cleaning company to come in once a week and clean and sanitize the building. We also have a volunteer sanitization team that will sanitize after the 8 AM and 9:30 AM service. They will be sanitizing the auditorium, lobby area and bathrooms. Doors will be propped open and we will provide a touch-free environment to the best of our abilities. We have also provided hand sanitizer locations throughout the building.

  • Q: Are there limitations on early childcare rooms, Outpost and Youth services?
