Lessons from A Secret Shopper
In this session Sean shares how to gain valuable feedback by seeing your church through the eyes of a first time visitor. Sean employs his experience as a guest services coordinator for the hotel and defense industry to highlight areas that are most commonly overlooked in church hospitality ministry. Jason gives practical advice about viewing the church parking lot and foyer as “Main Street”, the importance of first impressions and how to be proactive in engaging guests to our church. You will also lean how to gain relational equity through longevity and friendliness. This session has been provided through our partnership with the Church Development office of the Northern California and Nevada Assemblies of God.
